Infrastructure

Jessi uses state-of-the-art technology to provide global services to companies across the globe. Jessi uses Dell PowerEdge series servers, Trans-Tel voice infrastructure, Biometric access systems, Witness Voice Logger, Dell switches, Cisco routers, PIX Firewall, ADC Truenet CAT 5 & CAT 6 cabling, Fiber Optic terminations and multiple International Private Lease Circuits (IPLCs) on the Trans-Atlantic and Trans-Pacific routes.

Facility

Jessi facilities are well protected by closed circuit cameras, finger print access systems and advanced fire detection & protection systems. To ensure security of sensitive end-user data the process associates at Jessi login to the client's server through a secured remote access system. Jessi also has dedicated areas with no internet access on the operation floor for the clients. Jessi receives uninterrupted power supply from one of the best privately owned utility companies in the country and has operated at 99.9% uptime since its inception. This has enabled it to provide flawless, consistent, scalable and secure services.

Security and Confidentiality

We are extremely sensitive about the regulations that affect the transcription industry. We are fully Compliant and make sure that we follow all protocols that are necessary to achieve this. We are sensitive about all documents we produce and do understand that we may be dealing with information that is extremely confidential.

We have 24 X 7 security personnel manning our office.
None of our transcription work leaves our office and we don't use sub-contractors; your information does not leave our office.
All the external drives including floppy disk drives are disabled on each computer.
No personnel are allowed to bring in any floppies, any electronic devices including laptops, PDA.
No personnel are allowed to bring in or take out any paper or any written documents.
Every employee is checked on entering and leaving the premises.
We have a system of random checking on a regular basis.
All computers require passwords to use the computers and to start Windows
We have firewalls and antivirus software on all the computers and update virus definitions daily.
Any spoiled hard copies of notes and copies of patient information including documents schedules are shredded on site.
Monthly back-ups of computer systems will be done and stored in a locked outbuilding on our property. All lockers used for storage is password protected.
We have a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher in our office.
We currently require all our employees to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

We maintain up-to-date contractual agreements with all business parties.

We have instituted security measures to protect the security and integrity of protected information according to guidelines.
We follow 128 bit encryption for all transferred files.
OSI has administrative procedures in place to guard data integrity, patient confidentiality, and document availability. (Information Access Control and Access Authorization).
We have security services employed to prevent theft and/or vandalism of any information stored on our systems.
Technical evaluations are performed on a routine basis to make sure all systems meet or exceed specified security requirements.
All persons, administrators and transcriptionist, who have access to any sensitive information, patient records, or voice files, etc., have the appropriate clearances and have signed confidentiality agreements.

Security Policy:

• Employees are provided with ID and access cards. With a cutting edge BIOMATRIC system - Model T10, every employee needs to mark his/her thumb impression and swipe the card to get access into the production unit.

• No Mobile phones are permitted inside the production unit and the employees are given separate provision for keeping their mobiles with security permission.

• The whole premise is monitored by 18 cameras round the clock for security purpose.

• External/media devices such as CD, Floppy, Bluetooth, pen drive or hard disk are strictly prohibited inside the production unit, thereby ensuring data security.
